Please complete our booking form, which we can email, fax or post to you. Once you have completed and signed it, your booking is confirmed. Full pre-payment is required from clients that do not have credit facilities.
Monticello House operates under the TOMS system, which means that VAT is included in all room hire rates.
Our typical opening hours are 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday. However, we are able to provide room rental until 9.00pm on weekdays and from 9.00am – 5.00pm on weekends.
Unfortunately, as it is a listed Georgian building and adaptations are very difficult, Monticello House is not fully accessible to wheelchair users.
Yes. All catering is provided by an external company, which is able to provide a range of options to suit all budgets. Popular options include cold buffets, although hot food is also available upon request. Tea, coffee and snack facilities are available throughout the day.
We pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible. All rooms can be set up in a variety of styles including theatre, U-shape, classroom, conference and reception. If you have specific requirements please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes. We charge a nominal fee for this.
All of our rooms are equipped with whiteboards, a computer connected to a data projector with Internet access, an overhead projector and speakers. Flipcharts, slide projectors and VCR machines are also available upon request at no additional charge. Three rooms, the Bloomsbury, Bedford and the Montague, have interactive whiteboards.
Yes. There is Wifi throughout Monticello House. Each room has a computer connected to the Internet and meeting organisers are provided with a free Internet pass. For setting up wifi for group delegates, please enquire with the Centre Coordinator for access.
Yes. It is one of our key features at Monticello House.
Unfortunately, due to the size and layout of the building, there are no separate breakout areas. We would suggest that, for any breakout meetings, you rent an additional room.
While we do not have bedrooms on-site, we do work closely with a number of local hotels and can assist with overnight accommodation if required.
